I am so unbelievably excited, nervous and just generally not able to believe that my book has finally hit the stores! It seems such a long time ago that I was busy stitching up hexagons wherever I went. Those little hexagons travelled from Berlin to London and then on holiday to the Netherlands, as well as getting to hang out in many playgrounds throughout Berlin.
There was one dodgy moment when one bag of hexies went missing after attending a family wedding in the UK. But thank goodness it soon turned up stuffed into one of the side pockets of my parent’s overnight case! I can look back and smile at that incident now – not so much at the time!
I am really excited about the line up of bloggers who are taking part in this tour. I have been lucky enough to meet almost all of them over the last couple of years and those I haven’t met in person have become good online friends. They are all amazingly talented and a couple of them even helped me with the book. Both John and Nettie stitched up blocks for the Over the Rainbow quilt as part of Bee Inspired. Little did they know at the time what I had planned for the quilt!
So here is the line up for my blog tour:
